Who We Are
We are Village Beautificians.
While traveling the world, we discovered that the most fairytale-like places were not in the bustling cities, but in the quiet, undiscovered villages. As children and families grow amidst the chaos of urban life, these beautiful and historic places remain untouched — their charm and stories standing on the edge of being forgotten.
Each time we returned to our home in Athens after visiting these small villages, we carried a quiet sadness, as if we had left something precious behind. One summer, during a trip to Lesvos Island, we discovered the enchanting village of Polichnitos — and instantly fell in love. Everything felt magical. The architecture, the history, the soul of the houses did not deserve to be abandoned, left to loneliness and time.
So we took a step. We bought a house there and lovingly restored it. The peace and joy we found in that place were so profound that we wanted to share it with others. And that is how our very first project was born.
What We Do
We meet our clients with their new village.
What we mean by that is more than just finding a house. We carefully select historical homes that carry the soul of the village, and we prepare detailed renovation plans that respect and stay connected with its architecture, history, and hidden motives. Every stone, every wall, every window has a story — and we make sure it continues to live.
